Dad, i am going to do a himalayan trek next April in memory of you and mum. All the money will go to help other families like us who have suffered great loss but it was made easier with the help of the hospice. I miss you everyday and sometimes feel so low without you in my life but doing this trek is helping me get out and meet new people. It is giving me a purpose in life which is so important. Hope you are looking down on me and are proud of what im doing. Love you always xxxx
